Marcell Felipe is an international tax and corporate lawyer who founded his own law firm in 1999. An expert in international relations and policy between Cuba and the United States, Marcell Felipe also serves as chairman of the Inspire America Foundation.
In addition to his work at the foundation, Mr. Felipe leverages his Cuba policy expertise as the host of Inspiring Voices, a radio program on Radio Marti broadcast nationally to Cuban with news and information. The United States Agency for Global Media has overseen Radio Marti from its Office of Cuba Broadcasting in Miami, Florida, since 1983.
